Abstract:
The purpose of the work is to examine the basic definitions such as a cooperation, an interaction, a teamwork, a pedagogical interaction, a cooperation in training and education, a dialogue, a dialogue communication, a networking cooperation, etc. associated with pedagogics of cooperation in higher education, to give their analysis and characterization, to reveal the importance of various interactive types for forming a competitively developed personality of a modern specialist.

Pedagogics of cooperation in higher education is a humanistic part of pedagogics, in which such categories as “cooperation” and “interaction” are central according to other definitions, acting as values that are formed in the whole pedagogical process, and at the same time as factors that unite the participants of educational activities and put everyone in a subjective position.

The article discusses the main features of pedagogics of cooperation, corresponding to the tasks of modern Russian education, including in higher education: a person as a value and a subject of the complete pedagogical process, interaction, cooperation, partnerships, education humanization, management democratization, creativity and co-creation, personal development, collectivism, joint activity, dialogue communication and mutual enrichment.

Pedagogics of cooperation unites all the subjects of the complete pedagogical process. Pedagogical interaction between a teacher and students is based on the organization of well-thought dialogue communication, joint activity, both during lessons and in extracurricular activities, as well as in organizing independent work. This contributes to the formation of competitive specialists in the modern labor market.

The possibility and topicality of using different types of interaction in a modern higher school and forming a competently developed personality of a future competitive specialist is described in the article. The paper presents modern approaches and the algorithm for organizing pedagogical interactions in a university complete c pedagogical process. Different types of communication are considered, their characteristics are given, the functions of communication are presented.
