The Czech Republic is a democratic state based on the Constitution of the Czech Republic and the Charter of Fundamental Rights and Freedoms. It is now more aware than ever of the possible threats to its own security and to the security of the European Union of which it is a member.

To succeed in addressing internal security, protecting the population, cultural, economic and moral values, the Czech Republic has focused on educating children who have completed primary school to lead them to the Czech Republic's knowledge of public order and internal security matters, including the promotion of interests. and meeting EU needs.

An integral part of education in these fields is the suppression and prevention of negative social phenomena, such as general crime, and further increase the level of professionalism in the Czech police, state administration and self-government.
