Abstract:
The article is devoted to the analysis of German social organizations (“third sector”) and their importance for the youth educational system development. The authors of this article have revealed the mechanism of making people’s interests legitimate and educational taking into consideration pluralistic and neocorporate models of government and organization interaction in the sphere of youth education. Pluralistic model supporters believe social organizations to be equal participants at making a decision, while neocorporate model supporters assume that in the current phase of society development one cannot touch upon the question of its independence from the government as social and educational institutions are under government control. At the same time, it is noted that these organizations let the government free form creating its own educational and social departments by doing their tasks. The authors underline the fact that German social and educational organizations tend to use innovative methods and technologies while assisting the people.

To sum it all up, the article touches upon the problem of new educational methods implementation in order to help young people integrate with modern society. The use of successful German methods in the process of socialization provides opportunities for Russian educational institutions to develop community centers and clubs.
