Abstract:
The article discusses the topic of wellbeing in building the concept of school work. Contemporary Polish school is largely oriented to the effects of students acquiring subject knowledge. Final grades and exam results after graduation decide about the direction and possibilities of further education. The requirements for students are very high. At the same time, the deteriorating mental state of children in Poland is observed.

The aim of the research is to find out to what extent wellbeing elements regarding personal wellbeing and social wellbeing are included in the concept of school work. An analysis of 100 reports from external evaluation was carried out, in which the area of evaluation research was the concept of school work and the way of organizing educational processes. The analysis focused on the extent to which wellbeing elements are included in the concept of school work and their functioning: emotional wellbeing, happy life, vitality, resilience, optimism and self-esteem, coping skills in life, social support, trust and a sense of belonging.
