ELECTRONIC SUPPORT BY THE MULTIMEDIA APPLICATIONS IN CONJUNCTION WITH EDUCATION IN THE FIELD OF POSTAL PROCESSES

The article is devoted to the issue of postal processes, technology and logistics administration by mail after the actual delivery. It focuses on electronic support by multimedia applications (3D models) in conjunction with education in the field of postal processes, technology and logistics. The paper describes the theoretical basis of the solution themes, characteristics, advantages and disadvantages of e-learning. Multimedia as a combination of text, audio, graphics, animation, interactivity and video appear as the best way of expression or presentation of any information. Multimedia (3D modeling and animation) represent the support tool for interactive education and with this tools we can better understand the relevant processes, technologies or equipment. In conclusion, we see processed technological procedures in the program Cinema 4D from administration through the mail sorting and expedition itself after delivery of mail to mailboxes of recipients.
