Abstract:
The contribution points to the importance of motivational factors and the use of modern teaching methods. The theoretical part is devoted to the issue of motivation as a key and also decisive determinant of student satisfaction with the teaching process. The application part of the paper presents an analysis of motivation factors supporting study interest.
Our goal is to find out if students are motivating to improve the subjects and they are willing to use the means available to improve it. It is an anonymous questionnaire, which is an important feedback for pedagogical staff.
This feedback helps educators to introduce modern teaching methods and tools, and in the event of dissatisfaction (from students), to design new study materials, or to make proofs of already created materials.

Motivation as a crucial determinant of student satisfaction with the education of process:
Motivation is a prerequisite for successful learning. Motivated student performs better. For this reason, it is necessary for this fact to be realized by the educators and to implement modern educational and motivational methods in the teaching process. An active student works with interest and helps to achieve educational goals.

Application part:
Research on the quality of education through questionnaires was carried out in the autumn 2017 at VŠTE in České Budějovice.
The Pearson's chi-quadrate test was selected for statistical evaluation. This significance test verifies whether the numbers obtained by measurement in reality differ from the theoretical numbers corresponding to the given zero hypothesis. In other words: The Pearson's chi-quadrate test is a mathematical statistics method that allows you to verify that a random variable has a predetermined probability distribution.

For the application part, which will analyze the main objective, two research problems have been formulated:
1. Analyze students' answers using the Pearson's chi-squared test and check whether the students answered the questionnaire randomly.
2. Analyze motivational factors supporting learning activity and increasing interest in learning.
