According to the author's idea, the key to effective learning in the twentieth century is the process of scaling both the student’s personality and the teacher’s personality: to master the profession under conditions of intensified education is possible with the skillful organization of training material, the use of modern technology resources and neopedagogical techniques, the maximum use of the student’s personal reserves, the use of different forms of interaction in the educational group with a strong creative initiation of a professionally effective teacher. Keywords:
