Abstract:
The article is devoted to the problem of the intensification of education in the modern Russian educational space. The author believes (it is the research hypothesis) that the effectiveness of teaching the modern generation Z student directly depends on the student's motivation and revealing his/her interest in the learning process itself, therefore, a special place in the learning process should be given to working with the emotional component of learning and improving its form.

In this regard, the author poses the following research objectives:
- to describe the problems faced by the teacher in the modern classroom,
- to present a set of pedagogical decisions to improve the cognitive and cognitive activity of students,
- to describe new ways of students' native motivation,
- to substantiate the need for professional and personal growth of a teacher,
- to imagine the ways and means of pedagogical growth.

Research methodology can be described as foloowing: an analytical review of the literature on new pedagogy and psychology of generation Z students, the method of included observation, written survey of students, cognitive modeling and forecasting, and others.

Results:
The author offers six innovative methods of intensifying the learning process by increasing student motivation and teacher professional growth. According to the author's idea, the key to effective learning in the twentieth century is the process of scaling both the student’s personality and the teacher’s personality: to master the profession under conditions of intensified education is possible with the skillful organization of training material, the use of modern technology resources and neopedagogical techniques, the maximum use of the student’s personal reserves, the use of different forms of interaction in the educational group with a strong creative initiation of a professionally effective teacher.
