Abstract:
Learning foreign languages is an integral part of the educational process in higher educational institutions of humanitarian fronts. It is necessary to use all kinds of additional materials and programs to sufficiently obtain the development of linguistic, grammatical and phonetic features for achieving the optimal level of the English language proficiency. In today's world, the Internet community takes an integral part of every person's life because it provides with all kinds of information throughout the visualization.

YouTube video hosting for the last few years, since its Foundation, occupies the first position among the sites for interested people in various fields. This article describes the possibility of practical use of teacher’s channel for the help to teach major interdisciplinary topics studied in the context of the development of the English language and the English culture. The use of video during the lessons is a kind of method to consolidate the information obtained from textbooks, as well as to increase the level of involvement in the academic environment. Attracting students to create their videos on various topics is also a great incentive to improve interest in the learning process. Visualization of the main issues allows students to better consolidate their lexical, grammatical, phonetic and other skills. Also, short pauses spent on watching videos of a particular subject can improve the learning performance and activity in the classroom. Joint work on the development of video materials in the team of teacher-student provides an opportunity for a comprehensive study of a specific topic and brings benefits for both sides.

The experiment was held in the Institute of Foreign Languages of Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia among two groups of the first and second courses which helped to reveal the potential of this program. By working together, students were able to preferably remember the main points of each lesson and learn to use selected vocabulary or stable expressions during discussions and other communicative tasks. The complex of video classes was a variety of assignments for viewing and analyzing video materials selected on the basis of the studied topics from the textbook. Students were making the list of the essential words and phrases for the further work, and after that, they made a paper works with their visions on the acquired knowledge and then had a presentation for the final project in the format of a small explanation of the word or phrase. The best works were filmed for further use. This program helped students to learn new aspects of the language with greater interest and to do their homework with better enthusiasm, which led to an increase in overall efficiency and cohesion in the group.

In conclusion, it is better to point out that the use of Youtube video hosting is an advanced way to teach students a foreign language for academic purposes from Russian Humanitarian Universities. The establishment of additional video teaching methods in the educational process is an advanced technology that can help the teacher to conduct lectures and seminars with a significant influence on the student’s groups. The main point is that the visualization of news and knowledge, in general, is the most exciting way for the youngsters to study something rather than reading the printed word.
