Abstract:
The article focuses on the systematic analysis of the impact of the educational process on the abilities of the crisis manager and his successful performance of important tasks associated with his work. Through literature analysis, fact sheets, case studies and a wide database of empirical data, we have identified key aspects of education that have a positive impact on crisis manager skills. Based on the analysis, we compiled a questionnaire for students of the Crisis Management study program. By distributing it in the initial and final years of study, we achieved measurable and evaluable data, on the basis of which we can compare the level of knowledge, competences and skills of future crisis managers at the beginning and at the end of the study. The results of our analysis indicate that an integrated approach to the education of crisis managers, including theoretical knowledge, practical experience and emotional intelligence, significantly increases their ability to solve crisis situations. Based on these findings, we propose recommendations for the optimization of educational programs in order to achieve the maximum development of crisis manager skills and improve the overall preparedness of future crisis managers. Keywords:
