Abstract:
Purpose of Study:
The speed which the modern world changes which increases more and more and digital tools become a part of everyday life. Thus, digital teaching-learning process shoude be introduced for all people ages. Anybody’s training does not end with getting any diploma of any level but continues through out life with different types of professional updates and different courses of personal interest. The further in social development, the more they are organized on online platforms. But how evident and user friendly is interaction and learning within those courses for people of different ages, level of technological preparation and professionalism?

Methods:
We have analyzed the results of teaching and the level of students satisfaction about professional refresher courses organized by different training institutions. Institutions participated in the training have been from Russia, Ukraine and Italy. All the training processes, exams and post-training meetings were organized online, on the different digital platforms. The students in question made their training in the first half of the academic year 2018/2019 and 3 months after the end of the course they would participate in discussing the results. The age of the participants ranged from 21 to 62 years.

Instruments:
To analyze the results of the online teaching-learning process we have used the questionnaires that help us gather raw data on the satisfaction level of the course, difficulty and challenges encountered (both technical and educational), students personal data. A focus group has been organized with a group of students to talk about difficulty and satisfactions reported in the questionnaire. We have also analyzed interviews with professors who teach online and analyze the strengths and weaknesses of the training done. To analyze the effectiveness of training, questions about students' expectations and results were offered. The theoretical context of analysis is the theory of socio-cognitive development by L. Vygotsky. The dynamic nature of social development that takes place in the online education procedure context between different social groups have been analysed.

The results of the study can be used to enhance teaching with the use of digital tools, to improve social interaction through these tools.
