Abstract:
The paper deals with the development of audiolingual skills of students when teaching them Russian as a foreign language. The relevance of this research is caused by the need to develop effective methods, which help to overcome the negative impact of interference of native and studied languages, as well as expand a range of instructional techniques for intensive teaching of phonetics and form an articulation basis of a foreign language. A method of processing speech samples has been used to solve these problems. This method involves formation of an optimal set of cepstral coefficients for a variety of speech samples with respect to the minimum of correlation links between different speech samples. The paper presents the results of experimental studies revealing the expression of faulty pronunciation through explicit evaluation. The methodological model of developing and improving audiolingual skills of foreign students is described. The experimental verification of structural organization of compensatory correction of pronouncing one of the most difficult Russian sounds - a consonant sound [š':] is carried out.
