Abstract:
The purpose of the study is to explore the association between the intelligences and entrepreneurial skills of entrepreneurs and their success in high-tech. The study’s theoretical foundation is the model of venture creation stages devised by Salamzadeh and Kirby (2017) and Gardner’s (1983) theory of multiple intelligences.

Methodology:
Three hundred entrepreneurs (281 men, 19 women), in different stages of their ventures, consented to complete an online questionnaire.

Findings:
Our study provides evidence that Gardner's multiple intelligences are in correlation with success in entrepreneurship. The most successful entrepreneurs had higher levels of logical/mathematical intelligence, but lower levels of linguistic, intrapersonal, and inter-personal intelligences. Entrepreneurial skills were found to be related to logical/mathematical, spatial, bodily-kinesthetic, inter-personal & intrapersonal intelligences. High levels of entrepreneurial skills are typical of the most successful entrepreneurs.

Conclusions:
Due to difficulty in reaching inactive entrepreneurs, most of the participants are successful entrepreneurs, a fact that may affect the significance of the differences found in the study. The findings might help understand the association between entrepreneurial skills and intelligences and the stages of the entrepreneurship process, as well as the contribution of the various elements to success .of the venture. The research results might help explore possible effects on programs for developing and nurturing entrepreneurial skills.
