Abstract:
Introduction:
The article deals with the problem of interaction between a preschool educational institution and parents in the interests of the full development of the child's personality. The authors have developed the technology "Networking – Alphabet of family happiness" (NAFH), the methodology of which is aimed at creating conditions for full, meaningful, trusting communication between parents, children, teachers, psychologists, speech therapists, doctors and other professionals. The basic principles of the methodology of networking are: the informal nature of communication between people, maintaining relationships between members of networking for a long time, the principle of cooperation, the exchange of positive experience in family education.
The methodology of networking is reflected in the Concept of the creation and operation of the consulting center "Networking – Alphabet of family happiness" (NAFH). The Genesis of the formation of parental identity determines the direction and content of schools of parenting. "School of responsible parenthood" is designed for family couples preparing to become parents, "school of prenatal education" takes into account the needs of families waiting for the appearance of the child, "the First year together" - school of infant parents, "We are close" - comprehensive support for parents of young children, "Happy family" - support for families with preschool children. The methodology of networking allows to reduce transaction costs by establishing trust relationships, immerse the subjects of interaction in the forming environment, arising from informal contacts, the General interests and educational needs of children, parents, teachers and professionals. The success of solving the problems of interaction with parents of pupils in the framework of networking technology is ensured by the use of prenatal education technologies, online counseling; round tables; business and role-playing games, quest technologies; trainings; information and communication technologies, music therapy, art therapy, etc.
The purpose of the article is the description and theoretical and methodological substantiation of the technology "Networking Alphabet of family happiness" (NAFH).

Materials and methods:
Applied are theoretical research methods: theoretical analysis and synthesis, generalization and concretization of research results, theories and concepts, within which the problems of interaction and cooperation of different social institutions are studied: family, preschool institution, school, and other methods of structural and functional modeling of the organization of interaction of the consulting center with pupils’ parents. Synergetic, anthropological, personality-oriented, activity and network approaches in education are the leading research methodology.

Results of the study:
A structural and functional model of interaction between the consulting center and the parents of pupils "Networking – Alphabet of family happiness" (NAFH) is developed, which consists of a target, meaningful, technological, effective substructures. The system interaction of substructures provides a synergistic effect and the emergence of the model. The principles of multiprofessional education are proposed.

Discussion and conclusions:
Effective interaction between preschool educational institution and a family is ensured through the use of the technology developed by the authors "Networking – Alphabet of family happiness" (NAFH).
