Abstract:
The common feature in the Design Field professions is the “End-work” prodution at the end of the Design Process. This end-work appears with starting a very special Design Process and ends with the producing and assembling. But, In Interior Architecture/Design, designing is not enough, because the ideas should be realized. The main professional goal is “designing ideas for making real”.
In Interior architecture/design education uses the design process in project studios for experiencing the design process. But the main problem is the design process is not all process to make the ideas real. This process is the part of the process for realizes a “Design Production”. The output is real and the clients/users will be a part of this end-work.
To realize an “End-work Process” has three phases which starts with the “Design Process”. The second one is the “Organization Phase” which deals with the organization of the production and construction in interior application. This phase is synchronous with design process. On the other hand this phase is very important for realizing the end-work as a production. At that point, there will no turning back because the manufacturing begins. In the last process is the “Assembling and Application Process” which is a three dimensional production come into realizes. At the end of this process all beginning ideas and concepts come into a 3D production which is used by the users in their daily lifes. The quality of an end-work depends on the details of the previous processes. A good quality design is meaningless if its stay on paper in Interior Architecture/Design projects.
