Abstract:
The paper considers the implementation of Russian Federal State Educational Standard (FSES) in Russian educational institutions, as today, in the context of serious transformations the Russian school undergoing, the paradigm of knowledge and skills is replaced by federal state educational standards of the new generation, based on the formation of UEA (universal educational activities), which are an integral part of the core of the new standard.

One of the burning issues at the moment is the development and preservation of regional languages, as well as the way FSES of a new generation influences and provides the development of regional languages. The results of this work will be the conclusions on the comparative analysis of the influence of the previous and new generation FSES systems on the development and study of the regional language and recommendations for increasing the effective implementation of FSES and reducing the problems they might face.

Educational legislation is a key component and essential force to implement the efficient training complying with the requirements of the global world. Thus studying the impact of the new legislation on the educational processes is able to assist in monitoring the implementation processes and timely adjusting them.
