Abstract:
The paper aims to present the experiences of primary school, secondary school and high school teachers from the Czech Republic with online lifelong learning of educators in the field of inclusive education. Covid-19 worldwide pandemic crisis significantly influenced lifelong education system in the Czech Republic, which has massively switched to distance (online) forms.

This paper investigated teachers’ views regarding lifelong learning in the area of inclusion of children with special educational needs. The purpose of this study is to explore the views of the teachers working at different stages of education regarding lifelong learning in the area of inclusion, special education and education and diversity. In this investigation, based on several important previous studies, the key research questions were as follows: What are the teachers’ expectation about lifelong learning in this area? What factors influence the teachers in this expectation? The paper is based on mixed designed research conducted through an analysis of participatory evaluation and feedback from lifelong courses for teachers.
