Abstract:
In all developed countries, education is a locomotive for the development of a human resource, providing a breakthrough in society in the production, scientific and social spheres. The article deals with the problem of the development of a student's personal resource in the educational environment of the university. The author's concept of partnership between educators, students and employers in designing the development of a student's personal resource is presented as a means of solving the problem. In the course of this partnership, individual projects for the development of students' personal resources are created. Thus, a student acts as an author (creator) of himself and his personal resource. The level-by-level description of the concept is detailed from a pedagogical idea to a plan of specific activities for partnership between educators, students and employers. The approbation of this system was carried out on the basis of the South Ural State University, Russia. The purpose of the research was to describe the trends in the development of a modern student's personal resource, the principles of interaction between an educator, a student and an employer, to substantiate the need to comply with the proposed principles for designing a route for the development in the educational process of the university, to present the results of an experimental verification of the concept. As the methodological basis of the proposed concept, we see the integrity of the systemic, synergetic and context-competency-based approaches. Methods of retrospective analysis of documents and design models existing in the practice of education, methods for observing and conducting pilot experiments formed the methodological basis of the study. During the implementation of the concept, the quality of projects was assessed. Assessment of the quality of partner design in four groups of students showed dynamic results. The quality criteria were: compliance of projects with the requirements of the administration and educators of the university for pedagogical projects; compliance of the project with the requirements of students taking into account their educational needs in the project, compliance of the project with the requirements of employers for elements of the personal resource of graduates. The results of the study are presented as a description of the key concepts “student’s personal resource”, “personal resource development”, morphological structure of the concept of designing the development of students’ personal resources, functions of participants in educational relations in design. Statistical data were obtained in the educational process during the implementation of the model on Master's programs at the South Ural State University (national research university) in Chelyabinsk, Russia. We obtained and interpreted the results of comparing the actual effectiveness of the concept of partner design for the development of students' personal resources and its potential effectiveness. The results confirmed the effectiveness of projects, created in partnership between educators, students, employers and are expressed in strengthening the influence of educators, students, employers on the development of the personal resource of students. We conclude that the implementation of the concept is carried out through the integration of formal, non-formal and every day education through partnership between educators, students and employers.
