Abstract:
The paper proposes a multi-agent approach to assessing the level of knowledge in the field of business processes with fuzzy numbers. The main contribution of this article to the assessment of the level of knowledge is a multi-level multi-agent classification of the properties of business processes, which must be checked when assessing the level of knowledge presented to the subject, as well as the principles of obtaining an integral assessment of the level of knowledge. All this is discussed both theoretically based on the presentation of the properties of business processes in modal logic, and almost on a concrete example of a business process model.
The aim of the work is to automatically assess the knowledge of students by checking the model of the business process built by the student with fuzzy logic.
Automation of the assessment of the level of knowledge, guaranteeing the completeness and objectivity of the assessment, is currently extremely relevant in the implementation of educational programs. Well-known automated systems for assessing the level of knowledge use simple questions and a four-point assessment system. At the same time, there are quite a lot of known systems for modeling business processes, and systems for checking their correctness. Therefore, in this work, the following steps are proposed for the automation of a multi-valued, complete and objective assessment of the level of knowledge.
1. The subject carries out the construction of the business process in one or another formal language. In this paper, it is proposed to use the language of the architectural description of business processes ArchiMate.
2. From the questions library prepared in advance in the language of one or another modal logic, questions are selected that are used to verify that the subject constructs the business process correctly.
3. In accordance with these issues, the correctness of the constructed business process is carried out.
4. Based on the results of the verification, the assessment of the level of knowledge is carried out. Keywords:
