Abstract:
This paper delves into the dynamic partnership between universities and healthcare industries with the specific goal of crafting a robust measurement tool to gauge the digital maturity of healthcare institutions. By forging this collaboration, our objective is twofold: firstly, to pinpoint areas of deficiency in digital maturity, and secondly, to design a comprehensive curriculum for further workforce development in these critical domains.

Employing a diverse array of research methodologies, including interviews and case studies, we meticulously survey the current landscape of digital maturity assessment tools, identifying salient dimensions pertinent to healthcare settings. Drawing upon the combined wisdom of academia and industry, we propose a nuanced measurement instrument finely attuned to the distinctive needs and challenges encountered by healthcare organizations.

Moreover, we underscore the pivotal role of university-industry collaboration in crafting and executing efficacious training initiatives aimed at remedying identified gaps in digital maturity. By bridging the gap between theory and practice, this research makes significant strides in propelling the digital transformation of healthcare, thereby fostering an environment conducive to the delivery of superior patient care and bolstering organizational performance.
