Abstract:
The key to the success of modern enterprises is the professional and effective management of human resources. One of the manifestations of such effective management is the training policy. Conducting trainings for employees are an important element of the company's activities, because they bring huge benefits in building a positive image and position in today market. It is also the basic method of shaping safe and comfortable conditions for the implementation of work processes. The manner in which training in the field of occupational safety is carried out has a key impact on the overall safety culture in the plant, and thus improve safety during work activities at the workplace. The article presents innovative teaching methods for adults using Virtual Reality technology (VR). In contrast to the currently used forms of training, activating methods that allow you to shape both the knowledge and skills of the employee are presented. The most important activating methods include: interactive computer games with the use of VR, presentations of accident events reconstruction, board games and solving problematic situations using the brainstorming method. With the development of modern technologies and their dissemination, the assessment of the quality and efficiency of the training materials is changing. Traditional training methods, a typical lecture, becomes an ineffective solution. The conducted research shows that the degree of participants' activation in training has an impact on the effectiveness of training. The training materials being developed should take into account changes in the way of teaching and thinking of young people who enter the labor market.
