A completely new approach to the provision of educational services was necessary. The article presents the experience of distance learning of university students during the development of the covid-19 pandemic in the period March - July 2020. The previous model of providing educational services at the Faculty of Management in Lublin University of Technology is described including IT support and tools used. Then, it is presented how the conditions of the university's functioning have changed as well as the assumptions concerning the work of teachers and students.
