Abstract:
Objective:
This paper explores the evolution of Tecnológico de Monterrey's Entrepreneurship Bachelor Program, focusing on enhancing experiential learning and student engagement from 2021 to 2023. Collaborating with a proficient team of educators, our endeavor involved a meticulous analysis, leading to a program overhaul grounded in contemporary entrepreneurial competencies. The core objective of this study is to revolutionize the landscape of entrepreneurship education, nurturing a cohort of entrepreneurial leaders primed to catalyze transformative, exponential change.

Methodology:
Our methodology encompasses a multifaceted approach, incorporating comprehensive curriculum reviews, stakeholder interviews, comparative analyses, and outcome assessments. Through an exhaustive examination of the Bachelor in Entrepreneurship (BE) program, we delve deeply into its innovative fabric, which encompasses challenge-based learning frameworks, transversal entrepreneurial projects, and the seamless integration of cutting-edge technologies.

Results:
The BE program represents a departure from conventional entrepreneurship education:
- Challenge-Centric Curriculum: Focuses on real-world challenges, promoting problem-solving skills.
- Transversal Entrepreneurial Projects: Involves students in multi-semester ventures for hands-on experience and scaling opportunities.
- Industry Collaboration: The initiatives from the educational model of Tec de Monterrey, enable students to engage with industry partners, enhancing market readiness.
- Mentoring and Networking: Peer mentoring, alumni engagement, and mentor support foster collaboration.
- Emerging Technologies: The Mostla Lab equips students with VR, AR, AI, IoT, and blockchain skills for innovation.

The BE program pioneers experiential learning, technology integration, and industry collaboration, redefining entrepreneurship education globally.
