Abstract:
Our engineering students at university must be well prepared for a global working world, so our engineering degrees must include all the important knowledge, skills and capabilities for this aim. Very often we have very specific programs in engineering degrees dedicated to our country style. However, our students need to be perfectly prepared to every country engineering company or public engineering service around the world.

Under this point of view, in this work I present an interesting paradigm for teaching-learning process of the relevant subject for engineers, technical projects, to offer the best option to improve their engineering profiles. This form, they will be able to achieve international engineering works abroad, as private as public companies.

This teaching-learning paradigm that I show offers to students the opportunity to develop a real project for a real international company. The aim, objectives and requirements of the technical project must be done as in a real company they were working. The language used is English, and the rules and laws applied are European directives and the general country regulation, based on the specific case for every student, because each student realizes a technical project for different company and country.

Without any doubt, the paradigm and experience presented in this work demonstrate that it is necessary to adapt our degree programs to real works, because our students will work everywhere in the world. So, too specific programs, in contents, are not enough efficient for nowadays engineering jobs.
