Abstract:
The most important asset for a human being is education, and together with the analytic thinking is separating us from animals. Since ancient times children were educated individually or in small groups in order to transfer skills and knowledge to the next generations.

Education, seen systemically, as a particular (closed or open) way of representing the world, individual or collective mentality, essentially represents a way of thinking indispensable for effective communication.

Regarding education, as a transfer process with the aim of forming sustainable skills, we observe that an open-minded approach to it, both by students and teachers, develops new, high-level collaborative relationships with constantly developed motivations by both categories of participants. The classic teacher/student relationship turns into an active collaborative relationship, the teacher becoming a guide, coach, mentor in the process in which the student is intensely motivated in the approach to their own personal and professional development.

The open mentality, promoted in education (and not only), is increased with the help of introspection, the objective of which is to refocus the vision of future actions on others (on common goals and objectives, not on one's own person and on one's own goals and objectives), thus creating perspectives particularly attractive due to the efficiency of the instructional-educational training process.

Our study involved different categories of students (study groups of 10 - 15 people) belonging to the primary, middle and higher levels. The monitoring was carried out during the previous year, which in the first part suffered restrictions related to the protective measures related to the Cov19 pandemic, and in the end of the second part face - to - face teaching process returned.

Because intermediate groups were chosen during the study period, the process still continues this school year, in order to achieve more accurate statistics regarding the efficiency of the proposed method. Also, for comparison, the results obtained by the students who went through a classic instruction process were also taken into account.

The results of the observations are included in the statistics dedicated to the study and interpreted in order to disseminate them for inclusion in the most suitable didactic strategies.
