Abstract:
Constant goal for quality improvement of products and services in era of competitive global markets and industries had impact on educational systems.In this paper, created as results of project implementation of quality management systems of high school education, for e.g. for Aviation Academy in Belgrade, it will be demonstrated quality control of key processes that impact quality of education.
