Abstract:
The reflection in the realization of specific subjects focusing on management and financial education in the education system at secondary or higher education institutions even with cooperation with various institutions, including the Ministry of Education, banking associations or organization is giving a different point of wives. In recent years, financial institutions have been characterized by a rapid pace of development, resulting in the introduction of many technological innovations and the expansion of offering increasingly complex financial services and products. Due to the fact of weak basic managerial and financial education generally, even at technical university – academically educated students or graduated should be a duty of educational institutions to prepare pupils for real life in good quality. Applied programs are innovative, with elements of the education system, such as on-line education and e-learning techniques, which can help students increase their economic education and benefit from the technological-economic link that is currently required by labour statistics in the labour market. The paper presents the results of current years of few subjects from how to make managerial decision until higher financial literacy at technical university by comparing the results of the entry and outputs tests their evaluation.

Analytical results of the research in the pedagogical process at technically oriented university and data have been achieved in the current years through quantitative and qualitative investigation. Testing and evaluation in percentage was conducted on-line by the computer with the cooperation of JA Slovakia. In the current years in this research there have been involved almost 1000 students in focused subjects. The research has been focused on the effectiveness of the education of the involved subjects focused for managerial simulation and financial literacy and mapped the views of graduates on the quality of their preparation for practice life in different non technological area. A survey of the satisfaction of these students in the field of finance and entrepreneurship education, implemented in the chosen period, can fulfil a specific purpose of assessing the graduates' satisfaction with the preparation for real life at the Technical University. Students of the chemical faculty at technical university before the beginning of the involved subject and program (JA Slovakia) have been asked to complete the entry test with basic questions focused on elementary financial literacy and also in the end of the subject (semester) to fill the outputs test. Results of the research are influencing gradual changes in the inclusion of the subject in the study program. The information and knowledge on the needed financial products and services that are offered in the markets are sufficient but they do not pay attention and do not understand on the basic financial terms and therefore are not able to analyse and evaluate the situation. More than half of tested respondents after semester believe that financial education is needed for them and the gain information was new for them. The level of financial literacy in the research was pretty low the last years but the current research shows unexpected results in both area, in the students’ knowledge and also their perception of the subject.
