Abstract:
This study was designed for research and development purpose, which had an objective to study satisfaction level of visually impaired students toward electronic programmed instruction in Thai language subject. The participants in this study were 30 visually impaired students who studied in Prathommasuksa 6 (Primary 6) during the first semester of B.E.2561 academic year at Bangkok school for the Blind. The participants were selected by Simple Random Sampling method, which used school as random unit. The research duration, through the use of programmed instruction is 30 hours in total. The research methodology was designed as One Group Pretest – Posttest design. The instrument used to collect data was questionnaire, and statistics used to analyze data were percentage (%), mean (x̅) and S.D. (Standard deviation).

The result, from the participant, Prathommasuksa 6 students with visual impairment which consisted of 12 male and 18 female who took part in the research and rated their satisfaction toward electronic programmed instruction in Thai language subject after 30 hours of learning through the use of questionnaire, has been analyzed and showed that most of students had high rating in satisfaction level, with x̅ = 4.13 and S.D. = 0.79.

From the highest level to the lowest, satisfaction level was divided into 4 dimensions:
1) the design of electronic programmed instruction, was at high level with x̅ = 4.20 and S.D. = 0.79,
2) benefit from learning with electronic programmed instruction, was at high level with x̅ = 4.18 and S.D. = 0.79,
3) content in electronic programmed instruction, was at high level with x̅ = 4.11 and S.D. = 0.70, and
4) activities in electronic programmed instruction, were at high level with x̅ = 4.00 and S.D. = 0.76.
