Abstract:
The aim of the master’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety is to provide professionals with the knowledge, abilities and skills necessary to take on high-level professional responsibilities in the field of occupational health and safety. Students specialise in various areas of prevention, including occupational safety, industrial hygiene, ergonomics and applied social psychology.

Continuous quality improvement is recognized and accepted as an important component for the proper functioning of the System of Quality Management and measure the External Customer Satisfaction , in this case students , provide the needed information to feed the continuous improvement of quality , therefore , it is essential to perform this measurement so that it is possible to carry out the students demand.

Data collection was conducted through a questionnaire of thirteen items, in May 2014. Ten items were related to teaching, one to administrative management, one with overall satisfaction and finally they were asked whether they would recommend this master to other person.

The population survey was conducted by the students enrolled in the Master's Thesis Course during 2013/2014.

The questions that were performed were:
P1. The information provided on the website about the master (planning, schedule , teaching , education systems and evaluation ).
P2. Coordination between the different subjects (i.e. no duplication ) .
P3. Assessment processes related to the content and objectives of the teaching guides .
P4. Teaching materials for the subjects made to acquire the competences in the teaching guides .
P5. The teaching resources ( work , exercises , forums , questionnaires, ... ) used to facilitate my learning.
P6. The time and manner of resolution of the doubts that have been raised.
P7. The training which is bringing to me with the master.
P8. Tutoring that is giving me the master.
P9. The objectives achievement level of the master educational program.
P10. The master coordination labour.
P11. The master administrative management operation.
P12. My master overall satisfaction level.
P13. would you recommend this master to other colleagues?

The answer scale for items 1 to 12 consisted of:
Highly Unsatisfactory (1);
Unsatisfactory (2);
Neither satisfactory nor unsatisfactory (3);
Satisfactory (4); and
very satisfactory (5).

P13 The question is answered with two possible answers, yes or no.

The questionnaire was voluntarily conducted through the virtual campus, by accessing with a personal access. There were 38 questionnaires students answers. The response rate was 53.5 %.

Students were considered satisfied with ten of the eleven aspects evaluated, the most valuated item was the master coordination.

Only the Master's tutoring Thesis score was below 4, with a punctuation of 3.8. So it will be the main point on which to establish improvement actions.

95% of students would recommend the master to other person and 84% of students in the Master's Degree in Occupational Risk Prevention at the Miguel Hernández University recommend realize it at the Miguel Hernández University.
