Abstract:
The training on the subject ‘Around the world’ in the Bulgarian Schools is aimed at developing the personality, raising the cognitive abilities, shaping the social skills and competences of the 6-8-year-old pupils. The knowledge about the surrounding reality is the basis for their successful adaptation, inclusion and socialization.

The report describes the developed didactic materials for conducting dissertation research. These are didactic tests, which we called the ‘Complex of tasks for the consolidation and application of knowledge’. The questions contained in them are of increasing difficulty and cover the curriculum content of the subject ‘Around the world’ for first and second grades with emphasis on ‘Social world’. The creation of the tests is dictated by the need to develop a tool that examines the degree of pupils' knowledge on a particular subject.

Determining the level of each of the students in their class, the teachers can direct those of them to provide support for personal development. Fully in line with the philosophy of inclusive education by targeting appropriate activities.
