In this paper the original technique of revealing and studying of national values, consisting of several stages is proposed. At the first stage the method of peer review has been defined a list of 59 words, the values, which incorporated the concept: Homeland, freedom, friendship, kindness, happiness, respect, knowledge, family, health, truth and others. These concepts are included in the National Concept of Education. Their semantic content must be formed in high school. In the second stage 679 of the respondents were involved, which were graduates of inclusive schools, first-year students of the Ural Federal University. Respondents were asked to rate a set of values and meanings of concepts by means of rational expression by selecting "yes", "no", "difficult to answer" and emotional evaluation of the concept through a set of Luscher color test. In order to avoid distortions due to the psychological defenses, responses, ranking and evaluation tool served as a color test Etkind relations. Empirical data processing is implemented in the program SPSS Statistics. For analytical methods used stage Spearman nonparametric analysis of the relationship with a high degree of reliability.
The aim of the study was to identify complex personal meanings and motives that lie behind the concept proposed to the evaluation of the respondents. Each term is defined in the field of motivation, which is the desired state, actually experiencing situations, displaced by emotive area of concern emotive area. Analysis of the results showed the level of formation of the semantic content of key concepts of Russian culture and to identify problem areas, allowing to identify the ways and forms of the educational process in educational institutions. It is concludes that the semantic content of the concepts and the process of their formation is due to the contradictory socio-cultural situation in Russia, the change of the Soviet and post-Soviet model of education. It was revealed that the current generation becomes the bearer of new values, among which there is a high role of the family, friends, self-realization, freedom, and the young people are not interested in politics, parties and authorities. Such abstract concepts as goodness, beauty, compassion, and respect are highly valued rationally, but are not included in the core emotional choice.
