Abstract:
This paper deals with the results of pedagogical activity in correctional and educational environment in terms of the ultimate goal of social outcomes of education, which is the development of pupils' key competences. Socialization is the main goal of education for children with disabilities, it determines the specific objectives for all participants in the educational process. The condition for achieving a successful socialization of students is the formation of the communicative competence of all participants in the educational process. The specific motives and meanings of communication of children diagnosed with cerebral palsy are investigated. The primary diagnostic tool is the expert opinion of the psychological, medical and pedagogical consultation in a school. The methodological basis of the study is Luscher test, color test of relations Etkind, correlation analysis. The theoretical basis is the theory of mental maladjustment environment by B.N. Almazov and Mikadze’s metasindroma idea according to which the body defect affects all levels. It was revealed that the basic reason for communication deficits is a motor failure. The study revealed that a reduced level of sociability in children with cerebral palsy, due to the fact that these children are distinguished emotional instability, imbalance, easy excitability, increased lability, inadequate self-esteem. It was concluded that these factors hinder empathy dialogical communication.
The findings provide the basis for building a comprehensive system of rehabilitation, which is tuned to the needs of each child. Management of rehabilitation system is distributed by levels: tasks for teachers, speech therapists, administration. The staff’s overall objective of correctional school is to create favorable conditions for increasing the motivation for speaking, based on the idea of benevolent patronage for motivating paternalistic system of communication. It is concludes that the children's need to speak frustrated because of a defect, so the task of speech therapists system of exercises to increase motivation for their speaking, remove the fear of speaking. Specialists in educational work provides employment in the choir, logo-rhythm lessons with a music therapist. Teachers form the communicative competence in the educational process. The school psychologist conducts interviews with parents about effective forms of communication with their children. In this regard, particular attention in this paper is given to the communicative competence of school administration: 1) the ability to organize a constructive dialogue between experts of different profiles within the school, 2) to perform mediation function in a conflict situation between teacher, student and parent as the educational process participants,3) to interact effectively in social and cultural dialogue with consumers of educational services, which are mainly parents and legal representatives, social public services.Keywords:
