Abstract:
A modern school graduate faces a number of primary tasks, but one of the leading career guidance. Its result is the choice of the direction of professional education or the type of real labor activity. It is becoming more difficult for today's schoolchildren to build a trajectory for their life development. The tradition of labor dynasties is falling apart, the globalization of the labor market is taking place, the composition of in-demand professions is changing, and new types of work activities are appearing. School graduates find themselves in a state of uncertainty.

Various social institutions contribute to the career guidance of schoolchildren. The leading institution is the school. Schools implement various strategies to promote career guidance: educational and extracurricular activities. However, theoretical knowledge will remain unclaimed if the schoolchild has no idea in which professional sphere it can be applied. This is one of the reasons why schoolchildren lose interest in academic subjects. Moreover, participation in research activities does not allow to develop a personal attitude toward the profession. The choice of professional education direction is made without taking into account the emotional experience and value system of schoolchildren. Successful career choices are based on a schoolchild's understanding of how much he/she likes a preferred profession, what opportunities there are for self-realization and career development, what limitations there are for mastering it, and what personal qualities for successful work activities.

The problem of increasing the effectiveness of ways to promote career guidance can be solved by turning to methods of work with schoolchildren that allow them to have an emotional experience and discuss it with significant personalities. The method of cinema pedagogics has great potential. It is based on the application of substantive and emotional-value resources of quality feature films to improve the effectiveness of pedagogical work with schoolchildren. Its effectiveness is ensured by the strong impact of films on the emotional and cognitive spheres. The goal of this article is to describe the strategy of applying the method of cinema pedagogics to solve the problem of promoting career guidance.

During the substantiation of the methodology, it is proposed to rely on the idea put forward by the Russian scientist A.N. Leontiev. There is an idea shift of a motive on the goal. With regard to our study, the realization of this idea is as follows. It is necessary to form a motive that will lead to activation of learning activity and career guidance in order to generate interest in the profession among schoolchildren. This will be facilitated by the emotional experience gained by schoolchildren in the process of watching, discussing and independent comprehension of films. The study also uses a survey method to assess the effectiveness of the method of cinema pedagogics

The description of the technology of cinema pedagogics method application to solve the pedagogical problem of promoting career guidance of schoolchildren is offered as the research results. The experience of applying the method is demonstrated. Positive dynamics of changes in schoolchildren's attitude to natural-science knowledge, interest in their career guidance towards space industry professions is stated. The positive effects of using the method of cinema pedagogics for the solution of the indicated problem are revealed.
