Abstract:

This presentation is about to focus on the trainer's experience with the Storyline, an innovative teaching and learning approach, from the stage of designing a Storyline training program for the centre of life long learning of the University of Thessaly to the final stage of its implementation in a hybrid form of distance education.

Τhe training program is entitled: "The Innovative Thematic / Interdisciplinary STORYLINE Approach for Teaching in all forms and levels of the Education”. Its duration is 9 months and is equivalent to 30 ECTS.

The main goal of the educational program is the training on the Storyline approach of all the adults who participate, both theoretically and practically. The aims, the teaching modules and the target groups of this training program are mentioned in more detail in the course of the presentation.

As a conclusion, it seems that the οffering of a training program on Storyline as a long learning training program by a University has been embraced warmly by the trainees and they look excited about using it and teaching through it.
