Abstract:
Innovation in education is the adoption and implementation of new technologies, methodologies and approaches to improve the learning process. This will include the use of online platforms, virtual reality, artificial intelligence and other tools to support the personalization and efficiency of learning.
As a creative pedagogical product, innovation in education ensures at a higher level: a) originality, achieved through restructuring, respectively through the reconstruction of a new structure of the education system, of the pedagogical research model, of the curriculum, of a school program/ university, of a school/university textbook, of a lesson project, etc.; b) significant social value, with lasting positive effects, functional-structural, at the level of the entire education system.

The objectives of this study are:
- Analysis of how technologies and new teaching methods influence learning outcomes and student engagement.
- Research and highlight the most successful innovative strategies and practices in education that can be widely adopted.
- The study proposes adjustments in curricula to better align with current and future student needs.
- Analysis of Teachers' Perceptions and Appreciation (understanding teachers' opinion towards innovation, including challenges, advantages and needs for additional training).
- Monitoring and evaluation of new technologies that can make significant contributions in the field of education.

The study methodology includes the following stages:
- Analysis of existing research and literature to understand the context, evolution and main themes related to innovation in education.
- Clearly establishing research objectives and questions to guide the direction of the study.
- Identifying suitable methods such as case studies, surveys, interviews or quantitative analysis depending on the nature of the research questions and the data required.

The results of our study show us that:
- Pedagogical innovations are associated with significant improvements in student academic achievement.
- The adoption of innovative methods contributes a lot to increasing the level of participation and involvement of students in the learning process.
- The evaluation of teachers' opinions and attitudes towards pedagogical changes, including identified challenges and benefits, is very important.
- The study evaluates the effectiveness of new technologies or methods in relation to the use of available resources.

Conclusions:
The cognitive psychological process specialized in the achievement of creativity - imagination - must be cultivated and exploited by the teacher at the level of its highest form: creative imagination permanently exercised in the direction of designing new pedagogical products, in relation to one's own experience, but also to the culture of the reference school organization.
The continuous improvement of the teacher's creativity at the product and process level, located and oriented towards the acquisition of higher levels in terms of originality, but also in terms of social relevance, involves the full exploitation of the cognitive resources of thinking, especially through the optimal activation of the fundamental operations (analysis and synthesis; abstraction and generalization; logical comparison and logical concretization) and instrumental (heuristic and algorithmic) in open pedagogical contexts.
