Abstract:
The UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) were summarized in 17 proposals adopted globally in 2015 and to be achieved in 2030. This initiative sets as a main objective the end of poverty, to protect the planet and to guarantee prosperity for all. Universities have joined this strategic process from different approaches, including teaching and learning tools. The objective of this study is to address concepts related to sustainable development in undergraduate education, working on the integration of business management experiences in the development and evaluation of a subject focused on Corporate Social Responsibility in the last course to hold a Finance and Accounting degree. So, we use the case study as a learning methodology because it allows to involve students in the training process providing a more practical teacher-student interaction. Moreover, it eases the knowledge acquisition from an active learning perspective, the incorporation of knowledge and skills/competences related to the SDGs in the formal learning and teaching curriculum, as well as the development of their personal skills and future professional careers. Keywords:
