Abstract:
TESI project is an ERASMUS+ project, Key Action 3: Support for policy reform - Social inclusion through education, training and youth, founded by the European Commission starting with January 2018. The first objective of TESI is to bring novel training software solution which integrates learning models that can, for the first time, effectively leverage multi-modal behavioural cues, of learners with different types of verbal disorders, to realize fully automated context-sensitive estimation of engagement levels of learners and, at the same time, provide them an opportunity to express themselves. The project consortium consists of 8 partners: 4 EU Partner universities, 3 supporting schools, 1 association of centres for work with the learners with disabilities. As associated partners we have: 2 regional policy makers, 2 centres for work with children with disabilities, 4 organisations working with adults with disabilities in the field of education and training and 1 foundation with the same purpose. The main beneficiaries will be: people with verbal communication disabilities; teachers, tutors, (special) educators; caregivers; parents; supportive staff; nurses; psychologists; social educators, social workers, etc
