The modern period of society development is characterized by the strong influence of computer technology and it has penetrated into all spheres of human activity. It provides the distribution of information into society, by forming a global information center. An integral and important part of these processes is the computerization of education.
Currently, Azerbaijan is in the period of formation of a new educational system, which oriented towards integration into the world information and educational centers. Computer technology has become an important tool to train, and to use it for other integral parts of the educational process, where it has increased significantly the effectiveness of the education system. Due to that reason, United Nations` General Assembly resolutions on the "Millennium Declaration" and the "Use of information and communication technologies for development" have played a significant role for each country to develop the quality of education through the computer technologies. This is the reason why, recently the president of Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, has declared the year 2013 ‘’Year of Information-Communication technologies’’ and to ensure the application of the advanced technologies in various areas of everyday life of the citizens of Azerbaijani Republic.

This is highly promoted in the future professional activities and self-directed learning and professional development of students with faculty members.
