Abstract:
During the past few months educational providers throughout the world have been re-visiting their approach to the design, production and delivery of impactful learning experiences.

In this session participants will learn from IMD's Director of Digital Learning how they turned a potential crisis into a galvanizing and invigorating learning journey.
IMD is a world leader in executive education-consistently ranked number 1 in the world in Open Programs and their business model essentially depends on individuals and teams travelling to Switzerland for F2F experiential learning- a model that was severely shaken and challenged in Q1/Q2 2020.

Learn what steps IMD took to re-design learning experiences, upgrade technology, upskill faculty and staff and lead important change management initiatives with individual and corporate learners. From early deployment of zoom to highly innovative personalized learning journeys providing mass customization for large groups of learners, participants will discover key learning principles, design mechanisms and technological insights that they can easily adapt to their own context.
