Abstract:
In this paper we describe the created conception of education in primary and secondary schools in Slovakia for the area of safety in the digital world. We present our own analysis of some foreign curriculum and educational programs, as well as an analysis of the current curriculum in the subject of computer science, as well as in other subjects. We also realized several interviews with significant teachers in Slovakia.

Based on all the data collected and analyzed, we created a map of the different aspects of Safety in the digital age. At the core are four perspectives on safety - Society, People, Data, Technology. Each perspective is further expanded into both a second and third level.

The conception includes recommendations for changes and measures that the Department of Education should urgently implement.

We are aware that security issues are constantly evolving and the conception will need to be revised. But we have tried to develop it in such a way that it includes areas and threats that we do not yet know.
