Abstract:
One of the new challenges associated with improving the teaching-learning process in higher education is to achieve cooperative models that stimulate the overall development of students. Educational contexts, such as the European Higher Education Area or online education, pose great challenges in teaching and demand different methods, especially in the field of artistic education which has disciplines greatly conditioned by the use of Information and Communication Technologies and digital graphic tools. The incorporation of tools capable of capturing the attention and interest of the students implies a renewal and updating of the teaching methodologies that have undoubtedly contributed to this improvement in the field of artistic teaching.

We live in a world where web pages, such as YouTube and a good number of applications for the mobile phone, are becoming the main hobby of the youngest and the most common tools to consult problem solving. Therefore, it seems totally necessary that we adapt to the current times by incorporating the Internet, audiovisual applications and digital format, within the classroom and thus bring a means of entertainment to the educational field.

This work analyzes the advantages and disadvantages encountered during execution of an audiovisual project, developed in the course "The Art and Visual Culture in Primary Education". The obtained results clearly show that the incorporation of digital tools and the grouping of students into teams encourage cooperative work and motivate the interest of students usually saturated by theoretical work and master classes.
