Abstract:
This paper describes the interdisciplinary collaboration between the University College Westerdals Oslo School of Arts, Communication and Technology (WOACT) and Villa Sult – Institute for eating disorders.

Goals and purpose for the project.
Two goals:
1. Strategic goal: To establish collaboration between WOACT and the institute on a research level, with projects on student level and to establish event projects together. This includes all the departments at the University College and at the Institute.
2. Short term goal: To establish introduction to the subject of marketing communication for the students in the writing and text program, using the institutes need for external communication both towards society and potential clients.

Purpose:
To teach and learn both students and professionals at Villa Sult how to use the right theories and tools to make creative communication towards the external world.

We will in the paper point out some important observations based on the questions below and with perspective from some of our pedagogical principles:
- To be experimental and innovative in the working process.
- To be open and hands on oriented learning process.
- To be meta and reflection oriented in the learning process.
- To facilitate for cooperation and dialogue between students and
students, between students and teachers, between
teachers, and between the University College and the external world.
- To use projects that are relevant to society.

The questions to be answered in the paper are:
What has been observed in students' learning process (beyond the obvious and defined ) ?
What does this require from the teachers and subject supervisors ?
What does this require from the cooperating part (Villa Sult) ?
What does this require from the students ?
