Abstract:
The article deals with possibilities of technical drawings used to develop technical thinking of elementary school pupils. In technical practice the requirement for qualified technical specialists is a growing need. The number of pupils who are interested in studying at technical schools is shortcoming. For these reasons, the development of pupils´ technical thinking at elementary schools was promoted. At present, technical drawings are created using computer technology. Technical drawings creation on a computer is a very effective method and it has many advantages. In the article we present results of the research aimed at determining the level of pupils' knowledge in the field of graphic programs. We also give you opportunity to use graphic editors to create technical drawings. Teaching technical drawing is also important for non-engineering professionals. It is important to begin with information and communication technologies and technical drawing lessons at elementary school. Therefore, it is necessary to focus the education of students study program Mathematics - Technical and Information Education on technical drawing and drafting.Keywords:
