Abstract:
The paper presented models of interaction of risk factors which are affecting employees during their work-shift. The basis of creating the models was the presumption that individual risk factors have multiplicative effect if they act simultaneously. The more risk factors influenced the employee, the more negative effects they had. Proposed models showed basic principles of complex measurements and evaluation of the risk factors. Education therefore was not limited to mere transfer of information, but instead activated and drawn the student into the learning process. The model was used for simulation of how various levels of noise intensity, with other risk factors intact, could influence concentration and increase faultiness of employees when they carried out various tasks. The result is a practical monitoring of the concentration of educator in different activities selected risk factors to employees may be exposed in the work environment.
