Abstract:
Documentary knowledge management is a collection of experiences, knowledge and values (tacit), incorporating new ideas through explicit knowledge in an organization of technology projects. It is important that each of the members of the organization is aware of what other does to assess one of the most important intangible assets of an organization, intellectual capital. Mexico is concerned and occupied in general for the youth in order to achieve documentary knowledge management and intellectual capital in technology of educational projects.

For many years, education in Mexico has been performed in a traditionalist kind of way. Nowadays, teachers are trained with a forward-looking approach; preparing students to a world where they are the documentary knowledge managers in technological projects. This is done by introducing them to the scientific research phase as a support to enterprising projects. As a result, they have better results, and the companies that are formed have the most success, and meet the real consumer needs.

Recorded documentary evidence in technological projects is also important, from planning to define the goals and objectives for which they were created, performing field research on the type of projects where they are applied, and subsequently evaluate and take the corresponding decisions to continue. This documentary evidence shows step by step the tacit and explicit knowledge. As a result, the mission and vision are established according to the project; immediately hierarchies are defined, and the activities are delegated to the staff that will carry them on, specifically each of their roles within the organization is determined, each one of the characters that will be in constant action is successfully documented, giving life to this organization, and achieving the organizational phase through time and motion. This organization will constantly need of control and feedback for each of these steps in order to get better results.

We can conclude then, that being constantly generating this knowledge in each young person will attain more solid firms with a mission and vision applied to the real world. The organization is a human being where tacit and explicit knowledge are generated, through the intellectual capital that exists within them. There is no technological project that does not generate a social and economical benefit, and consequently make an impact in the country and the world.
