In conducting work educational of teachers, all the time we are in search of technological tools for the achievement of better materials, in this case we propose the use of multimedia technology. We performed research on new tools for multimedia development, the two types: the tools of Web 2.0 and SaaS means software as a service, which provide a great advantage, do not require a local installation on computers, to provide cloud services. And, indeed, the advantages are comfort and ease of use that is available only to have an Internet connection as users. Specifically, it uses technology provided by the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in the cloud, which consists of software for devices running the Android operating system, which contains a programming environment and design for multimedia applications quickly and easily. Thereby impacting the quality of education received by students of the Technological University of Tulancingo. This research project aims to incorporate some of the engineering students in the software architecture, which by their design skills have been selected for the performance of multimedia applications for Android, as the mobile market today is very broad and allow them to be competitive in their role as professionals in the Information Technology (IT). And of course the students participating in the project have been methodologically guided by experienced teachers in related areas: Communication, Computer Science and application design.
