PERSPECTIVES ON THE TEACHING PROFESSION IN RELATION TO THE CURRENT GENERATION

Abstract:
The term "perspective on the teaching profession" is currently extremely important when choosing this profession. The choice of this profession is essential for the entire life of the given individual. It is important that student has a motivation to study this important profession. It takes years of practice to become a teacher of this level.
The paper discusses what has led the current young generation to study at pedagogical faculties and what was their motivation for choosing a teaching career. We focus here on other factors that influenced the students and show how they are prepared for their professional start. Also what they are most worried about once they have started the work and whether they are satisfied with their choice of study pedagogy.
The students in the final years of master's programs - thus students in the fifth year. A big influence here is the lack of practice during the study period.
In the next part of the article, we can see the view of the teachers who are in practice for the first year. We challenge the ideas of the new teachers with tested theories.
We gather different theories at their introduction of the practice. We get an evaluation of their preparation at the faculties of education. We would then see if they feel adequately prepared.
This will highlight their weaknesses and strengths after their own experiences in their studies. We are interested in their work ethics. The semi-structured interview is used as a research tool. These qualitative investigations were evaluated using the grounded theory method.Keywords:
