Abstract:
Learning entrepreneurship was the aim of the business faculties more than hundreds years ago and still is. Problem is that studying how to create successful company does not automatically mean creating one. After decades of the teaching we cannot claim that we have business study programs which produce new business people who have high above average abilities to create successful starts-up. Some research and many personal testimonies directly oppose this.

In our study we widely discuss educating entrepreneurship and its outcomes and support our findings with many sound research outputs. Today we witness more sophisticated and personally adjusted entrepreneurship education programs which could produces so expected and demanded valid new courses and educating methods. They differ in the methods, processes, learning environment, materials and aims and in our study we widely compare them. Slovakian students results of our research (n = 124) of the prominent business faculty shows not very positive status in Slovakia.

We can argue that some study methods should be applied and definitely bring better results that today used methods in Slovakia. This is one of the way how to reduce extremely high mortality of new start- ups.
