Abstract:
Small and medium-sized companies (SMEs) are the backbone of the economy. Artificial intelligence (AI) and its integration into the company business can improve production control, better prediction of technical failures, and new and better methods for quality assurance. However, the new potential of AI is mainly realized by multinational enterprises; many SMEs see great possibilities of AI, but they do not use it until now (Sedate et al. 2020). Some reasons for AI use hesitation are the company's small size, the lack of AI use cases, and the corresponding management.
The cloud is the key driver of digitalization, some of the advantages are improving the company's business, its competitive situation, and finally costs. By integrating AI with cloud computing are (https://futransolutions.com/blog/what-is-the-role-of-ai-in-cloud-computing/) better infrastructure management and more flexible business, supporting efficient processes that minimal errors and improve productivity, smooth workloads and automates repetitive processes, improving the automation of tasks and database queries and so their performance could be achieved. But there are also risks associated with using AI in cloud computing which must be considered, and strategies should be developed, particularly for SMEs.
It is known that employee training is very important for each organization, and particularly in today's rapidly changing business landscape, where new technologies and required skills need employees equipped with the right knowledge and expertise. Integrating AI into learning and training approaches and strategies has many advantages, fostering a culture of continuous learning and assuring diversity. Educational and training institutions recognized the importance of creating learning/training environments that correspond to the diverse needs and backgrounds of students. One of the tools that has shown immense potential in achieving such goals is AI. In this presentation, besides the problems described, some practical innovative approaches to promote inclusive education using AI are given as well as objectives of a future project about AI-supported cloud computing training.
AI-based training is just emerging and has research limitations particularly to be more diverse and inclusive, but it also gives the opportunity for more exploration. Organizations should start to integrate AI into their employee training strategies by careful planning and consideration of the workforce’s specific needs., identifying the right AI tools and also invest more on teaching employees how to utilize AI efficiently. Designers and developers need to ensure diversity within their teams to promote a variety of perspectives, engaging with the principles of inclusivity. Keywords:
