Abstract:
Entrepreneurship entails people having a concept and proceeding to realise it, generally to disrupt the present-day marketplace with a brand new product or service. The use of digital technology brings blessings for commercial enterprise advent and growth; digitalization lets in many people to carry out their obligations extra successfully and creates new jobs. The role of entrepreneurial learning is to support(future) entrepreneurs acquiring the necessary entrepreneurial knowledge to improve business performance continuously. But there is also a threat that inequalities among people, corporations and locations will boom because the diffusion of virtual technology and advantages of digitalization are uneven. A lack of basic digital skills hinders an individual’s capacity to discover technology-enabled commercial enterprise possibilities and to take part actively into the digital supported entrepreneurial learning.

In this paper first, some problems in connection with the use of digital technologies in entrepreneurship are presented as well as proposals to make it more inclusive.

Second, advantages of using digital learning methods in entrepreneurial learning particularly during and after Covid-19 are given as well as examples of measures which contribute to avoid social inequalities in this context and transform disruptions in innovative ones. An example of project carried up at the IAT, WH Gelsenkirchen, and conclusions are also shortly presented.
