This article focuses on pointing to the practical benefit of possibility to travel abroad through the Erasmus+ program currently available to students. One of these benefits is the gain of new and necessary data that can serve as a basis for preparation and processing the final thesis on the "home" university. This benefit can be categorized according to the degree of study, which is also the form of the selected mobility.
As a basis for the elaboration of this article, we used an example of a combination of multiple Erasmus+ mobilities used in the processing of diploma and dissertation thesis that focus on the organization's safety culture. The advantage of Erasmus+ mobility is the acquisition of new theoretical approaches to this issue and the infiltration into organizations where the student can conduct research on respective issue. During mobility, a large number of contacts can be established, which can be used in the processing of the final thesis as well as in other personal and professional growth.
